REGISTRATION POLICY
Registration is not confirmed until payment has been processed. There will be a $30 USD fee for each declined credit card transaction. A cashier's check or money order will be required to confirm registration if the credit card is declined. The cashier's check or money order must cover the cost of registration and the $30 USD fee. Please note that if you pay by credit card, your statement will read "Sales Convention." 

SOCIAL REGISTRATION
(Pre-event and Onsite):  Includes admission to all Sales Convention 2026 events EXCEPT morning General Sessions, University courses and any invite only receptions.  Social registration is designed for guests who are not participating real estate professionals.  Social registrations are non-transferable. If you are interested in purchasing a Social Registration for a guest please contact Abby Huber at ahuber@bhhsselectstl.com

Credit cards declined after the 3^rd attempt to process will automatically be charged a $30 USD processing fee, or at our option we may collect the funds from your company’s ACH account.  The cashier’s check or money order must cover the cost of your registration and the $30 USD fee.

TRANSFER POLICY

On or before February 18, 2026:

To avoid any cancellation fees, the registration may be reassigned to another associate in your company without penalty. Contact Contact Abby Huber for any reassignment requests. If you are unable to sell your registration to another associate within your company, you may transfer your registration to any associate within the network for a $125 USD transfer fee as long as your request is received on or before February 18, 2026.  All network transfers must be conducted through the Customer Success Team at (855) 422-9052.

After February 18, 2026:

The transfer fee will increase to $175 USD. Any transfer requests made after February 18, 2026 are not guaranteed and will require an agreement by both parties. These changes must be performed by the Customer Success Team at (855) 422-9052. The transfer of registrations and related fees is an agreement between the two parties involved and refunds can only be provided for completed transfer transactions. If a dispute arises as a result of the transfer of a registration to another associate, BHH Affiliates LLC will not be responsible for the resolution of the dispute. In the event of such dispute, the cancellation policy and all charges described on the registration form will continue to apply to the original registrant. See Bulk Program Terms & Conditions.
