This full-day, hands-on class is built for agents who want to actively grow their database, improve follow-up, and gain confidence in the full transaction process. The day focuses on real work, not theory. You’ll build and upload your database, learn practical CRM tools, and put prospecting strategies into action through calls, emails, and handwritten notes.

The afternoon covers real estate reviews, SkySlope basics, and a step-by-step walk-through of the buyer’s process from contract to close, including writing an offer with all required documents.

This is a working class with a working lunch. Please plan to bring your laptop, phone, and be prepared to work through lunch while continuing outreach and exercises.

Supplies needed: laptop, phone, notebook, pen, highlighter, CRM spreadsheet, and access to all brokerage systems.
